About the open role:  


As an Art Director, your mission will be to play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Setanta Sports brand across all touch-points, driving creativity and consistency across all channels for maximum audience engagement and brand success.


What you’ll do:  

  • Act as a guardian of the Setanta Sports brand, ensuring consistency and integrity across all design assets and communications;

  • Lead the development and implementation of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives;

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Content, and Product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions;

  • Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence;

  • Work with the copywriters and content creators to come up with both creative big concepts and little cool ideas;

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints;

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, design technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.


What we expect from you:   

  • Solid working experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and art direction;

  • Working experience in creative agency will be an advantage;

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal, in English language;

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. AI experience is a plus;

  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills;

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for sports and entertainment;

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;

  • Team player with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
