About the open role:


Setanta Sports is seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead the localization and execution of our regional brand strategy. This role will translate high-level marketing direction into impactful, market-specific initiatives that strengthen Setanta Sports position as a leading sports media brand.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, creative, and organized marketing professional with a strong background in brand management, campaign leadership, and communications, capable of bridging global strategy with local market insights.


What you’ll do:

  • Implement the regional marketing strategy into detailed, market-specific execution plans.

  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, brand activations, and public events.

  • Oversee the development of creative materials and local content production, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across all local marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, media partners, influencers, and local managers to ensure flawless execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and regular reports to the Head of Regional Marketing.

  • Ensure that all initiatives reflect local cultural nuances and consumer insights.

What to expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing communications, ideally within sports, media, or entertainment industries.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, audience behavior, and cultural insights.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking and analytical acumen.
