About the open role:

As a Business Analyst, your mission is to analyze business processes, identify improvements, and provide insights and strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Working within the dynamic Business Analytics Unit, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements while supporting one or multiple products as needed.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes & requirements, systems, existing data, and user needs to translate business and technical needs into actionable requirements and identify areas for improvement;

• Develop and maintain project documentation, such as user stories, process flows, requirements specifications, product description document and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project milestones;

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and recommend appropriate solutions to mitigate them;

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate insights and make data-driven decisions;

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of new features and identify areas for improvement;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and QA testers, to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements;

• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and management, providing updates on project status, insights, risks, and opportunities to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

What we expect from you:

• Working experience as a Business Analyst;

• Knowledge of business process modeling, data analysis, and software development life cycle (SDLC);

• Proficiency with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Exceptional ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions;

• Ability to multitask and adapt to high-pressure deadlines.
