About the open role:  

Chief Commercial Officer’s (CCO) primary role will be to lead the commercial strategy of the organization and spearhead initiatives that foster revenue growth, reporting directly to the CEO and the partners. CCO will closely collaborate with the CEO in devising commercial and business development strategies that efficiently cater to both short-term gains and long-term objectives.


What you’ll do:  

  • Lead the business development initiatives for Setanta Sports Philippines, with a focus on expansion and growth; 

  • Set clear growth objectives and oversee the team to meet and exceed targets;  

  • Identify and validate new leads using diverse strategies to enhance business growth; 

  • Execute end-to-end sales including outreach, effective pitching, alignment, negotiation, deal closure and implementation; 

  • Establish and maintain a robust post-sales process to ensure exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction; 

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the organization;  

  • Monitor market dynamics and deliver regular competition analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.  


What we expect from you:   

  • Solid working experience in a senior leadership role including Chief Commercial Officer; 

  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales, with the ability to initiate relationships at the senior executive level; 

  • highly goal oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; 

  • In-depth knowledge of the broadcast television market in the Philippines; 

  • Fluent in English, verbal and nonverbal communication; 

  • A keen interest in sport and sports broadcasting trends is desired; 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines;  

  • A track record of successfully building scaling and leading high-performing teams; 

  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset, critical thinker with the capacity to recognize issues, explore possibilities and acquire rapid proficiency.
