About the open role: 

 

As the Community Manager in Kazakhstan, you'll be in charge of Setanta Sports social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram. Your focus will be on crafting and executing community management strategies to connect with our audience and enhance brand advocacy.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute community management strategies across various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram;

  • Curate engaging sports content tailored to the preferences and characteristics of each platform's audience;

  • Actively engage with followers across all channels by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations, and building relationships with our audience;

  • Monitor channels for compliance and promptly address inappropriate content;

  • Provide valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations related to sports news, events, and trends, to be a reliable source for Setanta Sports followers;

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, contests, and promotional activities to drive user engagement and growth within the company's communities;

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of community management efforts and identify areas for improvement.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in managing online communities across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram;

  • Experience working on successful projects where subscriber growth is highlighted is a must;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to engage and interact with audiences across diverse platforms;

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative approach to community management, are highly valued;

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and analyze community engagement and performance across multiple channels;

  • Passionate for sports, with a strong understanding of its various directions would support performance success.
