About the open role:


As a Content Campaigns Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of brand, marketing, and content campaigns, as well as special projects within the Creative Team. Your role is to turn campaign ideas into structured, well-managed projects with clear workflows, timelines, and aligned resources.


Working closely with the Head of Creative and senior professionals, you’ll be the structural backbone of the team—managing planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution while keeping all stakeholders aligned.


What you’ll do:

  • Convert creative concepts into structured projects with clear steps in tools like Asana & Jira. Define timelines, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure smooth execution;

  • Plan and allocate resources effectively, track budgets, and submit financial requests via Jira to ensure expenses remain within planned allocations;

  • Maintain active communication with Content, Brand, Marketing, Community Build-Up, Social Media, and Video Production teams. Align plans with business goals (B2B & B2C), commercial project leads, and external partners as needed;

  • Track execution progress, prevent bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues. Conduct quality control checks and ensure deliverables meet high standards;

  • Organize internal status meetings, monitor campaign metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports to refine future execution strategies.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in project management (preferably in marketing, creative or entertainment industries);

  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira);

  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution and operations;

  • Basic financial tracking and budget monitoring skills;

  • Experience managing cross-team workflows and resource allocation;

  • Excellent communication & teamwork, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned;

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, anticipating and addressing campaign challenges;

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to high-pressure deadlines.
