About the open role:

We are looking for a motivated CRM Specialist to join our team and support customer maintenance, engagement and upgrade through multiple effective communication campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying banners and body texts, checking copywriting materials, and sending campaigns via multiple channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, App Push, and Facebook. You will play a key part in ensuring our messages are accurate, engaging, and delivered on time to the right audience.

What you’ll do:

Verify banners, texts, and other creative materials before campaign launch;
Adapt, edit, and prepare copywriting texts for different communication channels;
Send and manage campaigns through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, App Push, and Facebook;
Coordinate with the Head of CRM & Retention team to align campaign execution with strategy;
Monitor campaign delivery, report issues, and ensure timely execution;
Support in testing and improving automation tools for campaign management;

What we expect from you:

It is essential to love sports, be an active sports spectator, and stay informed about sports events;
Strong knowledge of English communication (spoken and written);
Preferable Intermediate knowledge of Russian (reading and understanding);
Knowledge of Excel and data handling;
Previous experience in Email marketing or campaign management;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing texts and visuals;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude;
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders;
