About the role:


As a Delivery Manager, you ensure clear, predictable, and transparent delivery for both the Partner and internal teams.

You act as the primary bridge between the Partner and the engineering organization, ensuring requirements are well understood, priorities are aligned, and delivery progresses without surprises. While you don’t write code or make architectural decisions, you ensure clarity, alignment, and execution across the delivery lifecycle.

Working closely with engineers, QA, DevOps, Systems Analysts, and engineering managers, you translate partner needs into structured requirements, realistic timelines, and executable plans, while clearly communicating technical constraints, risks, and trade-offs.

You own delivery flow and communication across backlog management, sprint alignment, release readiness, progress tracking, and risk management—keeping teams and stakeholders aligned across functions and company boundaries.


What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary communication channel between the Partner and internal teams, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent information flow;

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Systems Analyst) to:

    • clarify requirements and scope;

    • define technical solutions at a high level;

    • estimate effort and delivery timelines;

  • Own and maintain a clear, prioritized development backlog, balancing partner priorities with technical constraints and team capacity;

  • Facilitate delivery alignment across teams by leading:

    • sprint planning and backlog grooming;

    • demos and progress reviews;

    • task coordination and cross-team syncs;

  • Ensure that timelines, priorities, dependencies, blockers, and release expectations are clearly understood by both the Partner and internal teams;

  • Support QA and release processes by ensuring clear acceptance criteria, readiness for testing, and alignment on release scope;

  • Oversee integration topics, including data flows, APIs, and system dependencies, ensuring compatibility and smooth collaboration between systems;

  • Track delivery progress and provide structured, transparent, and regular updates to the Partner;

  • Identify risks, gaps, misalignments, or scope changes early, and proactively work with teams and stakeholders to address them;

  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, communication practices, and cross-team collaboration;


What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Delivery Management roles;

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and cross-team delivery models;

  • Proven ability to create clear and precise requirements, including user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation;

  • High-level understanding of backend systems, APIs, and integrations, sufficient to discuss technical topics confidently with engineers;

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to:

    • translate business needs into technical language;

    • explain technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders;

  • Experience working with partners, vendors, or cross-company delivery environments;

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel;


    -Working Schedule: 11:00 — 19:00 (Tbilisi Time)

    -Office Location: Stamba Hotel (14 M. Kostava street)

    -Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
