About the open role:


We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Growth & Performance Management Unit to join our leadership team. This role is critical in shaping and executing the company’s customer growth, performance marketing, and lifecycle strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing, user acquisition, and full customer lifecycle optimization.
The Head of Growth & Performance Management Unit will be responsible for leading data-driven growth initiatives, overseeing performance marketing channels, and building scalable marketing and lifecycle systems that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, improving customer understanding, and driving long-term user engagement and retention.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-impact growth systems that accelerate marketing performance and sustainable expansion.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage the overall digital marketing strategy

  • Drive user acquisition and contribute to business growth through marketing performance (Acquisition & Growth)

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle from a marketing and communication perspective

  • Lead initiatives to improve customer retention and reduce churn (Retention & Churn Management)

  • Analyze marketing performance and ensure continuous optimization of campaign effectiveness (Performance & Analytics)

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners

What we expect from you:

  • Provide strategic direction and execution oversight of marketing campaigns

  • Define and guide the development of digital communication channels and formats, including testing strategies and processes

  • Strategically allocate and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing budget

  • Define A/B testing strategies for advertising messaging and creatives, and evaluate performance outcomes

  • Lead initiatives to improve key performance metrics such as app downloads, registrations, and conversion rates

  • Design and optimize the full customer journey (onboarding → engagement → retention → reactivation) from a lifecycle perspective

  • Oversee the development and optimization of automated and trigger-based communication systems (push notifications, email, in-app messaging)

  • Guide the planning and optimization of reactivation campaigns for inactive users

  • Develop and lead the implementation of churn reduction strategies

  • Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs (CAC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, etc.)

  • Evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
