About the open role:
The Human Capital Experience Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving employee experience strategies to ensure high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and performance across the organization. This role drives initiatives that enhance the entire people lifecycle – from recruiting, onboarding to exit – and fosters a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
What you’ll do:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: assess hiring needs with managers, define roles aligned with business objectives, prepare job descriptions, conduct market research if needed, define sourcing strategy and channels, advertise jobs, screen applications, interview shortlisted candidates, prepare offers, and update recruitment reports;
Strengthen employer branding and build talent pipelines through job fairs, events, and strategic partnerships;
Employee Experience:
Manage onboarding and exit processes, ensuring smooth integration and risk mitigation;
Support managers with employee changes (e.g. promotions, salary adjustments, structural changes, performance struggles, reward), ensuring clear communication and process alignment;
Conduct engagement interviews and surveys, analyze results, and provide recommendations;
Inform employees about policies, contracts, and related HR matters;
Prepare and present periodic reports on recruitment and employee experience;
Performance, Development & Engagement:
Participate in performance management processes;
Support planning and execution of employee learning, development, and engagement initiatives in collaboration with responsible teams;
What we expect from you:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
Minimum 2-4 years of progressive experience in HR and experience in recruitment is a must;
Experience in managing onboarding, performance, and exit processes;
Proven track record in designing and implementing employee experience, engagement, or cultural transformation initiatives;
Experience working in fast-paced environments is an advantage
Competencies & Skills:
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong organizational and project management skills
Empathy and active listening with the ability to build trust across all levels
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
Fluency in English
