About the open role:


To ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technical inventory and provide support in resolving employees’ technical issues.


What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment used by office employees;

  • Ensure the smooth operation of peripheral devices (scanners, printers, etc.);

  • Work with wireless devices in the office and be responsible for the proper functioning of the office wireless network;

  • Troubleshoot issues within the office’s internal network;

  • Administer the Windows server, including user management, policy management, and more;

  • Ensure the proper functioning of network storage and manage user permissions;

  • Perform Layer 1 tasks in the server room;

  • Provide VPN service access for employees;

  • Work with Desktop Central and Manage Engine Service Desk;

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, in accordance with competence and job responsibilities.

 

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience as a IT support officer;

  • Experience working with Windows AD DS (Active Directory Domain Services);

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems;

  • Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory is a plus;

  • Administration of the Windows server, including user management, policy management, and more;

  • Experience working with Office 365 and Google Workspace;

  • Understanding of computer networks;

  • Knowledge of passive network infrastructure;

  • Familiarity with Unix operating systems is a plus;

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
