About the open role:
To ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technical inventory and provide support in resolving employees’ technical issues.
What you’ll do:
Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment used by office employees;
Ensure the smooth operation of peripheral devices (scanners, printers, etc.);
Work with wireless devices in the office and be responsible for the proper functioning of the office wireless network;
Troubleshoot issues within the office’s internal network;
Administer the Windows server, including user management, policy management, and more;
Ensure the proper functioning of network storage and manage user permissions;
Perform Layer 1 tasks in the server room;
Provide VPN service access for employees;
Work with Desktop Central and Manage Engine Service Desk;
Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, in accordance with competence and job responsibilities.
What we expect from you:
Experience working with Windows AD DS (Active Directory Domain Services);
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems;
Administration of the Windows server, including user management, policy management, and more;
Experience working with Office 365 and Google Workspace;
Understanding of computer networks;
Knowledge of passive network infrastructure;
Familiarity with Unix operating systems is a plus;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
