About the open role:

To ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technical inventory and provide support in resolving employees’ technical issues.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment used by office employees

  • Ensure the smooth operation of peripheral devices (scanners, printers, etc.)

  • Work with wireless devices in the office and be responsible for the proper functioning of the office wireless network

  • Troubleshoot issues within the office’s internal network

  • Administer the Windows server, including user management, policy management, and more

  • Ensure the proper functioning of network storage and manage user permissions;

  • Perform Layer 1 tasks in the server room

  • Provide VPN service access for employees

  • Work with Desktop Central and ManageEngine Service Desk

  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, in accordance with competence and job responsibilities

 

What we expect from you:

  • Higher education

  • Experience working with Windows AD DS (Active Directory Domain Services)

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Experience working with Office 365 and Google Workspace

  • Knowledge of computer networks

  • Knowledge of passive network infrastructure

  • Knowledge of Unix operating systems is desirable but not mandatory

  • Analytical thinking skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Administration of the Windows server, including user management, policy management, and more
