About the open role:

As a Lawyer you will be engage in diverse legal challenges, providing legal advice and representation across. This role requires ensuring client satisfaction and upholding professional standards.

What you’ll do:

• Compile essential paperwork for contract execution;

• Create and verify legal documentation to ensure compliance with the law;

• Prepare monthly and annual reports for the department director as required by law;

• Draft agreements, acceptance-handover acts, order drafts, and other related documents;

• Participate in managing the company's legal activities by providing ongoing consultations, researching company information, and reviewing regulations related to its operations;

• Legal risks assessment;

• Ensure legal compliance with broadcasting regulatory legislation;

• Assess legal risks related to the distribution of planned content on television channels, including potential administrative responsibility from the National Communications Commission of Georgia and other regulatory bodies.

What we expect from you:

• Professional experience in a similar position;

• Excellent knowledge of private law and current legislation;

• Ability to solve and manage legal issues (including complex ones);

• Fluent in English and Russian languages verbal and non-verbal communication is a must;

• Strong Negotiation and results-driven skills;
