What you’ll do:

  • Conduct legal review and drafting of company contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

  • Prepare, analyze, and ensure the legal compliance of various types of transactions and corporate documents.

  • Provide ongoing legal support and advice to other departments to ensure timely and effective decision-making.

  • Assess and forecast potential legal risks associated with company activities.

  • Draft legal acts, internal orders, acceptance certificates, and other official documents as required.

  • Review and provide legal input on gaming license agreements and related matters.

  • Ensure the company’s legal obligations and reporting requirements are met in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Prepare periodic (monthly and annual) legal reports for management and the legal director.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or contract law;

  • Experience in the gambling/gaming or MVNO sector considered a strong advantage;

  • Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment;

  • Strong knowledge of Georgian legislation and general understanding of international legal standards;

  • Full proficiency in English (both written and spoken);

  • Ethical, responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on results.
