What you’ll do:  

  • Respond to customer questions through online chat, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate services;

  • Correct and timely identification of problem cases and escalation of issues using appropriate tools;

  • Work on multiple platforms at the same time to find and process information about the user, product, or campaign;


What we expect from you:   

  • Experience of working in a similar position; 

  • Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian languages verbal and nonverbal communication is necessary;

  • Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and presenting;  

  • Ability to easily adapt to new tools and technologies;

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality; 

  • Cooperation and flexibility within a team

  • Knowledge of Sports at the amateur level would support performance success.
