About the open role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, your mission will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establish relationships with prospective clients in the region, and close deals that drive our company's revenue growth.

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct the market research in a predefined region, and discover potential business partners that will be relevant to the Setanta Sports industry and business objectives;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the region that will be profitable and align with commercial and revenue growth strategies;

  • Understand client requirements and ensure that the products and services offered to correspond effectively to their request and is clearly mentioned in documents;

  • Manage effective relationships with existing partners to retain the relationship for the long-term perspective;

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the direct manager to get insights and define relevant steps for future activities;

  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to meet sales deliverables as planned.

 

What to expect from you:

  • Solid experience in a similar role, or as a sponsorship manager;

  • Working experience as a regional sales manager in the sports media or related industry will be an advantage;

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;

  • Knowledge of English and Russian on the C2 level is a must;

  • Good user-level knowledge and working experience with excel;

  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;

  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback;
