About the open role:


The Sales & Client Relations Executive plays a key role in driving Matchday’s direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales across global sporting events and experiences. This position is responsible for managing client communications, converting leads into active sales, and ensuring each fan enjoys a seamless and engaging Matchday journey — from first contact to post-event loyalty.



What you’ll do:


  • Lead Management & Conversion

  • Manage and nurture leads generated through the website, social media, and marketing channels.

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database with detailed client information, preferences, and sales history.

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure clients receive invoices, confirmations, and tickets on time.

  • Develop creative approaches and new ideas to increase conversion rates and improve customer satisfaction.

Client Communication & Support

  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients across all stages — from inquiry to travel and event attendance.

  • Respond promptly to questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Gather and document client feedback to identify improvement areas and new product opportunities.

Product & Program Development

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to help shape new offers based on client insights.

  • Participate in discussions on packaging experiences and creating new sales materials or offers that reflect market needs.

  • Propose and manage affiliate sales programs to expand Matchday’s reach.

  • Initiate and oversee loyalty programs that strengthen long-term client relationships and build a strong community around Matchday.

Reporting & Performance

  • Regularly report on sales performance, lead status, and client feedback.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or customer service (preferably within tourism, sports, or events industries);

  • Proven experience in B2C sales and lead conversion;

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems;

  • Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian languages verbal and nonverbal communication is necessary;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and sales skills— ability to listen, identify needs, and close deals effectively;

  • High level of customer orientation and professional etiquette;

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing CRM data, invoices, and tickets;

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;

  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to propose new sales approaches and ideas;

  • Analytical mindset to interpret results, market trends, and competitor activity;

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
