What you’ll do:  

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of sports travel and ticketing operations;

  • Manage partnerships with airlines, local and international travel agencies, and hospitality providers to deliver high-quality travel experiences;

  • Ensure smooth execution of ticketing processes, including allocations and exclusive partnerships with clubs, leagues, and event organizers;

  • Develop travel packages that enhance the fan and customer experience;

  • Support the partnership and negotiation process by ensuring the execution of agreed initiatives;

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote travel and ticketing offerings;

  • Monitor industry trends to optimize pricing, availability, and service quality;

  • Handle logistics, customer inquiries, and issue resolution for travel-related operations.


What we expect from you:   

  • Relevant experience in a dynamic, service-oriented environment;

  • Fluent in Georgian and English — both verbal and written; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;

  • Excellent communication skills with a calm and professional approach, even under pressure;

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details, schedules, and requests simultaneously;

  • Ability to find information quickly and effectively using various tools and resources;

  • Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for delivering high-quality results;

  • A proactive team player who is flexible and supportive in a collaborative environment;

  • Knowledge or passion for sports — especially from a fan’s perspective — is a plus.
