About the Role:
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development team, to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure that deliverables align with expectations.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the software development team;
Monitor project progress, anticipate potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
Provide hands-on technical support during integration processes;
Take ownership of the software integration process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation;
Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional support and proactive communication;
Understand client needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure alignment with development goals;
Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, helping them make informed decisions;
Facilitate tasks/Bugs prioritization for the software development team to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines;
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality assurance;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables;
Prepare regular project status reports;
Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor by competence and job duties.
What we expect from you:
Experience in technical account management, project management, or related roles in the software development industry;
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client relationships successfully;
Understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and technologies;
Strong knowledge of software development tools (JIRA, Confluence and e.g.);
Basic knowledge of programming languages and frameworks is a plus;
Fluent in English, verbal and nonverbal communication;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
