About the open role: 


As a Senior Digital Advertiser, your mission will be to drive user acquisition success by actively participating in ideation, planning and execution of campaigns, while ensuring data-driven insights guide continual improvement.

 

What you’ll do:  

  • Take a part in performance-oriented user acquisition idea creation and campaign planning;

  • Participate in acquisition and brand awareness campaigns in targeted channels;

  • Lead the advertising strategy planning process to maximize campaign results;

  • Oversee the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience;

  • Keep an eye on an advertising campaign results to ensure they’re bringing in results;

  • Collect engagement data from each acquisition campaign and analyze results for the next experiences;

  • Create periodical reports based on the data from campaign performance;

  • Work with various internal teams: Design, Analytics & Reporting, and Sports Content.


What we expect from you:   

  • Working experience in a similar role is a must;

  • Fluent in English/Russian verbal and nonverbal communication;

  • Technical skills: Excel, Ad networks and Google Analytics is a must, DV 360 is an advantage;

  • Knowledge of Sports at the amateur level would support performance success;

  • Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and presenting;

  • Able to effectively prioritize workload and set up systems to organize and manage work;

  • Team player with flexible communication and negotiation skills;

  • Data-driven and critical thinker to review and apply campaign results.
